Donald Trump and Elon Musk reunited briefly at the funeral for slain conservative activist Charlie Kirk.
It was the first time the pair had been seen together following a public spat and the end of their bromance earlier this year.
At Kirk’s public memorial service at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona, on Sunday, the president and the Tesla CEO were seen sitting next to each other.

According to lip-reader Nicola Hickling, Trump and Musk were talking about working things out.
Hickling revealed to the Daily Mail that Trump said “how are you doing” as he turned to greet Musk.
After Musk appeared to shrug, Trump reportedly told him: “So Elon, I’ve heard you wanted to chat.”
Dana White, UFC icon, then looked to join the conversation, and Trump proposed: “Let’s try and work out how to get back on track.”
Musk at this point nodded his head, and Trump then shook his hand. According to Hickling, Trump told his old pal Musk, “I’ve missed you.”

The reunion, albeit brief, comes after Musk publicly accused Trump of being named in the Epstein files after a row over the Big Beautiful Bill Act, now signed into law.
Musk, once the de facto head of the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), had taken issue with the $3.3 trillion that the sweeping legislative package is expected to add to the U.S. deficit over the next 10 years.
“This massive, outrageous, pork-filled Congressional spending bill is a disgusting abomination. Shame on those who voted for it: you know you did wrong. You know it,” Musk wrote on X in June.
He lobbied for members of Congress to reject the bill and then announced plans to set up his own political party – the America Party, which he described as centrist.

In response, Trump labeled Musk as “crazy” and a “train wreck,” even suggesting that he could deport him back to South Africa.
Trump also claimed that Musk was mainly upset because the bill would cut electric vehicle (EV) subsidies, which could hurt Tesla.
“I am saddened to watch Elon Musk go completely ‘off the rails,’ essentially becoming a TRAIN WRECK over the past five weeks,” Trump wrote in July.
Kirk and Musk were both vital in shoring up support for the GOP during the 2024 presidential election.
