Back in 2009, the mysterious case of Gabriela Rico Jiménez had gone mostly unnoticed. Over the last weekend, it brought chills down people’s spines. The release of the last set of the Epstein files alleged things people never believed would be true, especially one thing Jiménez had claimed—cannibalism

The last time the 21-year-old Mexican model was seen was outside the Fiesta Inn in Monterrey, Mexico, on August 3, 2009. She had left a private elite party at the hotel, in disheveled clothing, screaming, “They ate humans. They smell like human flesh,” she screamed.

Highlights
  • Gabriela Rico Jiménez vanished in 2009 after claiming elites committed cannibalism at an elite party, now resurfaced in the 2026 Epstein files.
  • The Epstein files include allegations of ritualistic abuses, including child dismemberment and consumption of human organs and feces on his yacht.
  • The U.S. DOJ released 3 million pages from Epstein files, revealing accusations against powerful figures, including Bill Clinton and George Bush 1.

Trigger warning: Mentions of violence against children, cannibalism, and graphic content.

Jiménez was never seen again. On Friday, evidence supporting her claims was released by the U.S. Department of Justice. After months of the Trump administration denying the existence of investigation files related to convicted sex offender, Jeffrey Epstein, U.S. President Donald Trump signed the Epstein Files Transparency Act into law in November 2025.

The DOJ released over 3 million pages of the files on Friday, with redactions for classified information or anything that could identify victims, six weeks past the deadline set by the bill.

The files also included 180,000 images and 2,000 videos exposing top politicians, world leaders, intellectuals, as well as the gruesome nature of the crimes committed by Epstein and his associates.

One of the documents released discussed a party on a yacht, with allegations about people eating feces from intestines. The document also leveled allegations against ‘George Bush 1.’

It shows an email exchange where former US Presidents Bill Clinton and George Bush have been accused of raping a boy. The boy told an FBI agent on August 27, 2019, that he was on a yacht with Epstein in 2000, where he was raped by Epstein and Clinton.

The boy, whose identity has been redacted, made more claims about what he saw on the yacht. He said he saw African American males having sexual intercourse with blonde females, all of whom were bleeding. He also said he was the victim of a ritualistic sacrifice in which his feet were cut with a scimitar, but left no scarring.

Lastly, he alleged babies were dismembered on the yacht, their intestines removed, and the faeces from those intestines were consumed by individuals whose identities have not been mentioned.

The files state, “(Redacted) stated he has ingested hallucinogenic mushrooms as well as other illicit substances in the past and currently smokes marijuana.”

It continued, “(Redacted) reported being raped (sodomized) by his great uncle since the age of 5 Y/O until age 22. (Redacted) described meeting EPSTEIN at a yacht club in M, of his relatives were members, first at age 5 and later at age 8.”

The victim reportedly did not provide any supporting evidence. He claimed that he was reportedly raped in a heavily drug-induced state.

The victim described these incidents from “recovered repressed memories” after he started taking therapy in 2016. The FBI did not expand on the investigation, claiming he was “emotionally unbalanced”, noting that he was “not intoxicated” at that moment.

In a separate email, Epstein reveals, “I loved the torture video.”

Another disturbing image that has gone viral online includes what looks like a chicken, but many have alleged that it seems to be the feet of a baby.  News media, Pamphlets, fact-checked it to have been an image that has been circulating online for years.

Social media users quickly connected the new release to Jiménez’s outburst, which the police had called a mental breakdown. It is important to note that the allegations in the file are not materials of proof.

The DoJ has clarified that the files also contain claims made to the FBI by the public, and could be untrue. However, the repetition of such a claim has spooked people on social media.

One blog post, originally in Spanish, includes a testimony of an alleged anonymous witness who spoke to Jiménez. The person, a lawyer, claimed they spoke to Jiménez, who alleged there is an “underground base where they [elites] live and regularly steal the children as food and other things.”

Later, when they tried to report the incident to authorities, authorities denied that Jiménez, or even the witness’s job [which was in the same compound where Jiménez was taken after being detained], ever existed.

The files also mentioned Trump more than 1,000 times, including in a rape allegation involving a 13-year-old girl, recorded in an FBI tip sheet from August last year.

The allegation comes from an FBI spreadsheet linked to an investigation into the Alexander brothers, elite Florida siblings currently facing sex trafficking charges, which catalogues tips received by the bureau.

One entry mentioned a woman who claimed that her friend was forced to perform oral sex on Trump roughly 35 years ago in New Jersey, when she was allegedly 13 or 14 years old. In a corresponding column labelled “response”, the FBI noted that the caller was contacted, with the lead being forwarded to its Washington office for interview.

The files also mentioned Trump more than 1000 times, including allegations of raping a minor

Another caller claimed that Trump was complicit in the murder of her newborn child, which may have been born from sexual acts paid for by Trump and others. “Complainant reported being threatened by Trump’s then head of security that, if she ever talked of what went on there or who she saw, he would end up as fertiliser for the back nine holes like the other c–ts,” the file said.

It added: “Complainant was spoken to and deemed not credible.”

For his part, Trump has said the release of the Epstein files absolves him. He told reporters on Air Force One on Saturday, “I was told by some very important people that not only does it absolve me, it’s the opposite of what people were hoping.”

I believe her. Anything involving Trump and this crew are believable at this point.
