Footage filmed by a bystander shows Dunn shouting at Customs and Border Protection (CBP) agents who were patrolling near 14th Street in Northwest D.C. with Metro Transit Police (MTP) officers.
Dunn can be heard shouting that the officers are “fascists” before shouting “f**k you, fascists.”
He then proceeds to shout “Shame! Shame! Shame!” pointing at the officers as they cross the street.
Over the next few minutes, Dunn is seen crossing the road to approach the agents and begins to shout in the face of one.
According to the criminal complaint, Dunn stood within inches of a CBP agent’s face and yelled: “F**k you! You f**king fascists! Why are you here? I don’t want you in my city.”

“Assault a law enforcement officer, and you’ll be prosecuted,” she said. “This guy thought it was funny—well, he doesn’t think it’s funny today, because we charged him with a felony.”
“Stick your Subway sandwich somewhere else,” she added in a video.
Dunn is understood to have been released from custody pending a court date.

On Monday, he declared a public emergency in the District of Columbia and announced he was deploying 800 National Guard troops to the city.
The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) has also been placed under federal control.
“I’m announcing a historic action to rescue our nation’s capital from crime, bloodshed, bedlam, and squalor and worse,” Trump said.
“This is liberation day in D.C., and we’re going to take our capital back,” he added.
The announcement has sparked backlash from opponents and D.C. residents who have been protesting the deployment.
Crime figures from MPD show that violent crime was down 26% in the first seven months of 2025 compared to 2024, and overall, crime was down about 7%.
USA is a parody of a country anymore. Pirro, with her alcoholism, shouldn’t have access to anything. And the man shouldn’t have thrown anything, but the verbal abuse was justified. ICE and CBP are fascistic though. As is Trump.
