The House Oversight Committee has released a birthday drawing Donald Trump allegedly sent to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.

Epstein’s 50th birthday book was handed over by his estate on Monday after it was subpoenaed by the Oversight Committee Chair James Comer.

The book was put together by Epstein associate and convicted sex trafficker Ghislaine Maxwell for his birthday in 2003.

Highlights
  • The House Oversight Committee revealed Donald Trump’s alleged crude birthday note to Jeffrey Epstein in Epstein’s 2003 50th birthday book.
  • The note includes a drawing of a nude woman and a fake dialogue allegedly signed by Trump, below the waist.
  • A separate message mocks Epstein selling a 'fully depreciated' woman to Trump for $22,500, linked to longtime Mar-a-Lago member Joel Pashcow.
  • Trump denies authoring the note, calling it a hoax, and is suing WSJ for publishing it, while documents show similar Trump signatures from that era.
  • Epstein’s book contains messages from other notable figures, including Bill Clinton, with Democrats and Republicans clashing over the politicization of the materials.

Trump previously denied ever having written a birthday note to Epstein after The Wall Street Journal published the message earlier this year.

But House Democrats have now, for the first time, posted an image of that crude message.

It shows a drawing of a nude woman and allegedly has Trump’s signature below the waist to mimic pubic hair. In the note, there is a fake conversation between Trump and Epstein.

“We have certain things in common, Jeffrey,” one part written under “Donald” says.

“A pal is a wonderful thing. Happy Birthday—and may every day be another wonderful secret,” the note concludes.

It is not the only Trump-related message in the birthday book, with House Democrats releasing a note about Epstein selling a depreciated woman.

“Jeffrey showing early talents with money + women sells ‘fully depreciated’ [redacted name] to Donald Trump for $22,500,” the note reads, alongside a mocked-up photo of Epstein holding a check with Trump’s signature.

“Depreciated” typically means something has decreased in value.

The note was written by longtime Mar-a-Lago member Joel Pashcow and the woman he discussed reportedly dated both Epstein and Trump in the 1990s.

In a statement to the WSJ, the woman’s lawyer said she had no romantic connection with either Trump nor Epstein, and she did not know Pashcow.

Her lawyer added that she had no knowledge of the letter and described it as a “disgusting and deeply disturbing hoax.”

In a video on X, Oversight Committee Democratic ranking member Robert Garcia accused Trump of lying about the birthday note and instigating a cover-up.

“Once again, he is lying to the American public and is leading a White House coverup,” Garcia said.

“We will not stop until we get justice for the victims of Jeffrey Epstein and all those that were involved,” he added.

Trump has described the ongoing criticism of his administration’s handling of the Epstein files as a “Democratic hoax.”

After the note was published, the White House doubled down on its previous statement that the message was fake.

Trump is suing the WSJ over its previous article regarding the birthday note, as well as its parent company, Dow Jones.

“As I have said all along, it’s very clear President Trump did not draw this picture, and he did not sign it,” White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt wrote on X.

“President Trump’s legal team will continue to aggressively pursue litigation.”

Vice President JD Vance reshared Leavitt’s post on X, accusing Democrats of “concocting another fake scandal like Russiagate to smear President Trump with lies.”

White House Deputy Chief of Staff Taylor Budowich also shared a compilation of documents showing Trump’s recent signature.

“Time for @newscorp to open that checkbook, it’s not his signature. DEFAMATION!”

However, several documents Trump signed back in the 1990s and early 2000s have also emerged, showing that Trump’s signature then is very similar to the one in the note.

The New York Times reported that several letters Trump sent to New York officials around the same time period have a similar signature, with a long tail after ‘Donald.’

Those letters include some sent to former New York mayor Rudy Giuliani.

Posts have also emerged on social media, with people sharing what is alleged to be Trump’s signature.

Rick Pallack shared two letters he received from Trump thanking him for Christmas presents in 1994 and 1995.

“Here are two Trump letters from the 1990’s I owned that have never been posted anywhere before,” he posted on X.

“Signatures are almost spot on identical to the one on the bizarre Epstein birthday card made public today.”

An image of a Trump book that sold at auction with a similar signature has also resurfaced.

In the book, ‘Trump: The America We Deserve,’ the president wrote a personalized message to Giuliani.

“To Rudy—The best mayor N.Y.C. has ever had! I promise never to run against you—Donald,” it read. The book later sold at an auction for $54,143 in 2021.

Also in Epstein’s birthday book was a message alleged to be from former President Bill Clinton.

“It’s reassuring isn’t it, to have lasted as long, across all the years of learning and knowing, adventures,” the note read.

It further praised Epstein’s “childlike curiosity” and his “drive to make a difference.”

Both Clinton and Trump have denied having any knowledge of Epstein’s criminal behavior.

Epstein’s 238-page birthday book was organized by a contents page, with sections for family, Brooklyn, girlfriends, children, friends, science, special assistants, and business.

Bill Clinton is also alleged to have contributed to the book

The full list of names under the friends section is:

    • Ron Albach
    • Leon Black
    • Jean Brunel
    • Bill Clinton
    • Alan Dershowitz
    • Bill Elkus
    • Bran Ferren
    • Henry Jarecki
    • Nick Leese
    • Peter Mandelson
    • George Mitchel
    • Nathan Myhrvold
    • Joel Pashcow
    • Jo Pagano
    • Alberto Pinto,
    • Stuart Pivar
    • Donald Trump
    • Henry Rosovsky
    • Lesly Wexner
    • Mort Zuckerman

Some names in the book are censored.

Entries under the family section show Epstein as a child and include a letter from his mother.

An image in another section also shows Epstein and Maxwell in a pool, with the top half of Maxwell blacked out, suggesting she was topless.

There are images of animals, including zebras, and a drawing of Epstein lying on a sun lounger being massaged by four blonde women.

Several images and drawings depict Epstein’s private jet, the ‘Lolita Express,’ while countless others show women in swimwear.

One note written under the “girlfriends” section described how Maxwell had asked a woman to massage Epstein’s feet, and he then invited her to Florida.

A separate note signed in December 2022, from another woman, alleged she was brought to Epstein’s apartment by Clark Schubach, and when he left, the financier “blurted out, ‘You are a virgin right.’”

“Then there was the day we went shopping at Bloomingdales [sic] and proceeded to throw me down on the floor … right smack in the middle of the shoe dept and started tickling and kissing me all over!!!” the note added.

A message under a page reading “who am I” said that before Epstein, the woman, a 22-year-old divorcée, worked as a hostess in a hotel restaurant.

Then, in a section titled after Epstein, the woman wrote she had met figures including Prince Andrew, Bill Clinton, and Trump.

The woman wrote she had “seen the private quarters of Buckingham Palace” and “sat on the Queen of England’s throne.”

Comer has accused Democrats of “cherry-picking” the documents received Monday.

“It’s appalling Democrats on the Oversight Committee are cherry-picking documents and politicizing information received from the Epstein Estate today,” he said in a statement on X.

“Oversight Committee Republicans are focused on running a thorough investigation to bring transparency and accountability for survivors of Epstein’s heinous crimes and the American people.

“President Trump is not accused of any wrongdoing and Democrats are ignoring the new information the Committee received today.

“The Committee will pursue additional Epstein bank records based on the new information we received today. Democrats have to decide if their priority is justice for the victims or politics.”
