Donald Trump has unleashed his latest insult at a female reporter as concerns over his health continue to rise.
The president’s recent tirade has consisted of several incidents in which he insulted female journalists—calling one “piggy” and asking another if she was “stupid.”
Trump has now continued his trend on Air Force One after Minnesota Governor Tim Walz challenged him to release his MRI results.
- Donald Trump insulted multiple female reporters, calling one “piggy” and questioning others’ intelligence amid rising health concerns.
- After Minnesota Gov. Tim Waltz challenged him, Trump said his MRI results were ‘perfect’ and said he would release them.
- Despite widespread criticism, the White House has defended Trump’s comments toward female reporters.

In October, Trump revealed to journalists that he had undergone an MRI at Walter Reed Medical Center—making it his second trip to the military facility in a matter of months.
He did not disclose details about the test, just that he had received a “perfect” result, and speculation has been mounting since.
On Sunday, CBS News’ Weijia Jiang asked Trump which part of his body the MRI scan had assessed.
“I have no idea. It was just an MRI. It wasn’t the brain because I took a cognitive test and aced it. I got a perfect mark, which you would be incapable of doing,” Trump responded.
🚨 LMFAO! President Trump just proved once again he’s the king of trolls
REPORTERS: What about your MRI?!
POTUS: “It wasn’t on the brain, because I took a cognitive test and ACED it. Which YOU would be incapable of doing. And you too!”
“Goodbye, everybody!” 🤣🔥

He then told the media scrum, “Goodbye everybody,” before pointing at another female reporter and saying, “You too,” in reference to the cognitive test.
It is not the first time Trump has bragged to reporters about his cognitive testing score. However, the test he is referring to is most likely one to test for dementia.
Earlier this year, he referred to it as a test to measure IQ and challenged Democrats to beat his score, but it is widely believed that the test is the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA).
The 10-minute test, designed to detect early dementia and mild cognitive impairment, quizzes people on things such as naming animals, repeating sentences, recalling lists, drawing a clock, and explaining the similarity between two items.

Trump’s latest comments came after Walz—whom he labelled a “retard” on Thanksgiving—urged him to release the MRI results in a post on X.
“They were perfect, like my phone call where I got impeached. Absolutely perfect. If you want to have it released, I’ll release it,” Trump told reporters.
His insult when questioned on that MRI is just one in a growing list of clashes with female reporters over the past weeks.
On November 14, Bloomberg White House correspondent Catherine Lucey asked Trump a question about the Epstein files on board Air Force One.
“If there’s nothing incriminating in the files, sir, why not…” Lucey began to question before she was interrupted by Trump.

Pres Trump calling the reporter #MissPiggy is disgusting and degrading. It strikes at the core for me since I faced similar shame. One of my Miss America celeb judges, William Goldman, wrote an entire book calling me “Miss Piggy,” saying I had been too fat to win — at 105 lbs. pic.twitter.com/kxiPFFg3EL

“Quiet! Quiet, piggy,” Trump snapped back at her while pointing his finger.
Just days later, when ABC News’ White House reporter Mary Bruce also asked about the Epstein files, Trump told her she was a “terrible person and terrible reporter.”
The insults continued, with Trump last week berating New York Times reporter Katie Rogers after she co-wrote a story focusing on his health.
In a Truth Social post, Trump described Rogers as “a third-rate reporter who is ugly, both inside and out.”
The article raised questions about Trump’s fatigue and age, noting he was making fewer appearances and travelling less domestically compared to his first term.
Actually, @marykbruce is a nice person and an excellent and fearless reporter.
So quick to anger on this topic, Mr President!
You called a different woman reporter, asking another legitimate question about Epstein, a “piggy.”
This topic seems to make you quite mad! https://t.co/RgJx2aHsCD

One day later, Trump lashed out at CBS News Chief White House correspondent Nancy Cordes for questioning the vetting of Afghan national Rahmanullah Lakanwal, 29, accused of gunning down two National Guard troops near the White House on November 26.
Specialist Sarah Beckstrom, 20, died from her injuries, and Staff Sgt. Andrew Wolfe, 24, is fighting for his life.
Cordes noted that, as per federal agents, Lakanwal “worked very closely with the CIA in Afghanistan for years, that he was vetted and the vetting came up clean.”
“He went cuckoo. I mean, he went nuts,” Trump immediately fired back.
“It happens too often with these people. You see them. But look, this is how they come in, they’re standing on top of each other. That’s an airplane.

“There was no vetting or anything. They came in unvetted, and we have a lot of others in this country, and we’re going to get them out.”
Cordes continued to push, citing federal reports contradicting Trump’s argument.
“Actually, your DOJ IG [Department of Justice Office of the Inspector General] just reported this year that there was thorough vetting by DHS and by the FBI of these Afghans who were brought into the U.S., so why do you blame the Biden administration for what this man did?” she asked.
“Because they let them in. Are you stupid? Are you a stupid person?” Trump snapped at Cordes, who has a degree from Princeton University.
“Because they came in on a plane along with thousands of other people that shouldn’t be here and you’re just asking questions because you’re a stupid person.”
The continuing insults have drawn sharp criticism, but none from the White House, which has defended and doubled down on Trump’s remarks.
