Daughter Breaks Silence After Wife Of Jill Biden’s Ex Passes Away Following Domestic Dispute Call
The woman married to Jill Biden’s ex-husband was founddead after police were called to a domestic dispute at the couple’s home in Delaware on Sunday, December 28.
Linda Stevenson, 64, was pronounced dead after being found unresponsive by New Castle County police officers around 11.16 p.m. in the living room of the Oak Hill residence.

Stevenson’s daughter, Christina Vettori, told the Daily Mail that her mother’s death was being treated as a murder investigation.
“It’s still a murder investigation,” she said. “I would not like to talk at this time.”
But New Castle County Police have denied the incident is being treated as a murder probe and instead characterized it as a death investigation.
“Upon entering the home, officers located 64-year-old Linda Stevenson unresponsive in the living room,” the force said in a statement.
“Officers immediately administered life-saving measures; however, despite their efforts, Linda Stevenson was later pronounced deceased.

“Detectives from the Division’s Criminal Investigations Unit were notified and responded to the scene to assume the investigation.
“Linda Stevenson’s body has been turned over to the Delaware Division of Forensic Science, where an autopsy will be conducted to determine the cause and manner of her death.”
A 911 dispatch call obtained by TMZ mentioned a cardiac arrest.
Police are urging anyone with information regarding the incident to get in touch.
Jill Biden separated from Bill Stevenson in 1974 and the pair divorced one year later, with Jill going on to marry former President Joe Biden in 1977.

Bill has previously accused Jill of having an affair with Joe when the couple were still together, disputing an official account of how the couple met.
In Joe’s 2020 campaign advertisement, Jill referenced meeting Joe for the first time after she split with Bill.
“My name is Jill Biden, and I want to tell you about my husband, Joe. I first met Joe two years after a car accident that injured his sons and killed his wife and his baby daughter,” she said in the video.
In response to the ad, Bill told media outlets that Jill had met Joe in 1972, before the fatal accident, as he was campaigning for the Senate.
He further claimed that their marriage was broken up by the alleged affair.

Bill’s comments were strongly denied by the Biden campaign at the time, with a spokesperson accusing him of trying to generate publicity for his autobiography.
In an interview with WDEL, Bill discussed how the affair allegations made headlines when he told a writer who was interviewing him for a story about his book.
“I said, ‘Look, the Bidens made up this dramatic story that they met, he saw a picture of her,’ and I told him, I said, ‘That was so untrue,’” Stevenson said in the WDEL interview.
“There’s probably 500 people in Delaware that saw Joe Biden and Jill at three major fundraising events at the Stone Balloon in 1972, after the Stone Balloon opened in February.”

He added, “I would say to Jill, ‘Listen, you know how I feel about this. You had an affair. You worked on the campaign.
“Why you invented this crazy story on Oprah Winfrey about, he saw your picture in the train station—there’s too many people that knew we worked on his campaign in 1972.”
Bill claimed that a friend told him about an affair between Jill and Joe in August 1974, leading to the split, and said Jill used to babysit for Joe’s kids, Hunter and Beau.

The Biden’s have disputed Bill’s account and say they first went on a date after Jill’s first marriage ended.
“The relationship of Joe and Jill Biden is well documented,” a Biden spokesperson told Insider in 2020.
“Jill Biden separated from her first husband irreconcilably in the fall of 1974 and moved out of their marital home. Joe and Jill Biden had their first date in March of 1975, and they married in June of 1977.”
